When you watch the tutorial you will see there are a few extra functions to the brush tool. I really like the way you can choose how you want to paint your image or shape. We are coming to the end of tools soon and then we can get into the exciting stuff

In Flash you can make any shape that you want it is truly amazing. Another tool well worth learning as this will really come in handy when we get into animation and tweening. Later on in the course we will go over another way of using the shape tool to make it even more powerful

I love the pen tool, this is such a powerful tool. You use in a similar way to the photoshop pen tool. The pen tool inside of flash will allow you to get crystal clear edges not like in photoshop, this is truly a powerful animation tool and we shall definitely be using it in a few projects later.

Now time to have a little bit more fun, what we are going to get into now is the properties. Each tool in flash has it’s own properties. Properties will allow us to modify the stroke we made with the pencil tool, we will be able to adjust the height and width and also change the thickness of the stroke. The pencil and pen tool are a couple of my favorite tools in flash, if you are going to get into drawing animation then learn this tool as it will come in really handy later. Let me know if you run into any problems
